A HAT-TRICK of excellence: Pan Asia Bank wins big at the Best Management Practices Company Awards 2026

Pan Asia Bank has been recognised with as many as three major accolades at the Best Management Practices Company Awards 2026 (BMPC Awards) organised by the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka, further reinforcing its leadership in management excellence, digital innovation and organisational performance. Pan Asia Bank was named the 1st Runner-Up in the Banking Sector (Private Sector), the Winner in the Digital Literacy Cluster and was ranked among the Top 40 Outstanding Companies at the awards ceremony held on 26th March 2026. Organised for the fifth consecutive year, the BMPC Awards recognise outstanding public and private sector organisations for excellence in management practices, growth and performance. The awards assess organisations across key areas such as leadership, strategy, people management, partnerships and resources, processes and performance outcomes, providing a robust framework for benchmarking and continuous improvement.

Pan Asia Bank’s recognition in the Digital Literacy Cluster highlights its strong commitment to embedding digital capability as a core driver of business transformation. In today’s rapidly evolving environment, digital literacy is fundamental to organisational agility, enabling institutions to harness technology for efficiency, innovation and improved stakeholder engagement.
