7 Pan Asia Bank Managers Recognized at ‘CLA Great Managers Awards 2025’

Pan Asia Bank proudly celebrates a significant milestone in its leadership journey, with seven of its senior managers being recognised at the prestigious CLA Great Managers Awards 2025, reflecting the Bank’s strong people-centric culture and commitment to management excellence. Pan Asia Bank has been recognized for the third consecutive year on this platform as an organization benchmarked with best practices and culture, demonstrating great leadership and managerial quotient and providing an eco-system for nurturing great managers through Humility, Diversity, People Development, Inclusion and Sustainability. The award recipients include Tiran Herath, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO); Darshika Peiris, Senior Manager II – Treasury Settlement; Dushan Premarathna, Senior Manager II – Software Development & Business Intelligence; Dushantha Samanthilake, Senior Manager – Branch Credit; Hareen Semage, Senior Manager/Area Manager – Southern Region, Dimuthu Perera, Senior Manager/Area Manager – Colombo Outer, along with Thushari Mahindapala, Branch Manager Narammala.
