What is the income required to apply for a Pan Asia Bank Credit Card?
Pan Asia Bank World MasterCard Credit Card is offered only on invitation basis.
Refer below to view the income requirements applicable for other Pan Asia Bank Credit Cards:
● Pan Asia Black MasterCard Credit Card – A permanent monthly income of Rs. 60,000 or more
● Pan Asia Gold MasterCard Credit Card – A permanent monthly income of Rs. 35,000 or more

What documentation do I need to provide when applying for a Pan Asia Bank Credit Card?
The following documents are required when applying for a Pan Asia Bank Credit Card:
Salaried
● A completed credit card application form
● Copy of NIC or valid Passport / Driver’s License
● Most recent salary slip authenticated by your employer
● Letter from employer confirming salary (including a breakdown of all deductions)
● Credit Card statements for last three months (optional)
● Copy of a recent utility bill (not older than 3 months) as proof of residential address
Self Employed
● Completed credit card application form
● Copy of NIC or valid Passport / Driver’s License
● Certificate of Business Registration
● Form 18 and 20, in case the company is a limited liability
● Letter from the auditor confirming annual income for the last two years
● Bank statements for the last three months (both company and personal)
● Tax returns in the last two years
● Copy of a recent utility bill (not older than 3 months) as proof of residential address
Further, documentation may be required depending on the basis on which you are applying.

How long will it take to process my Pan Asia Bank Credit Card application?
Subject to complete documentation, the processing would take a period of five (05) working days for the customer to know whether the application has been approved, declined or returned due to incomplete documentation.

How are Late Payment charges calculated?
If you fail to pay the Minimum Amount Due by the Payment Due Date, a Late Payment fee of Rs. 900 will be charged to your card. However, the late payment fee is exempted for Pan Asia Bank World Cards.

What if I fail to make the minimum payment due on or before the due date ?
If a cardholder fails to make the minimum payment prior to the due date mentioned in the Credit Card statement, the bank will charge Rs. 900 as late payment fee.
Further, days in arrears with respective outstanding amounts will be reported to the Credit Information Bureau of Sri Lanka (CRIB) on a monthly basis until the minimum payment due is covered in full.
