In yet another milestone in Pan Asia Bank’s sustainability journey, the Bank’s Gampola and Hatton branches recently completed a project to jointly donate a Dryer Machine to the District General Hospital of Nawalapitiya’s COVID-19 ICU HDU Unit.
The aim of the project was to strengthen the hospital’s capacity to care for COVID-19 patients during the pandemic. Ms Rosanne Taylor, Branch Manager, pan Asia Bank, Gampola Branch, handed over the Dryer Machines to Dr. C J K Somaratne, Consultant in Medical Administration and Director DG H Nawalapitiya. The District General Hospital has had to look after many COVID-19 patients in the area and the donation of these dryer machines will enhance their facilities for patients. This is yet another of Pan Asia Bank’s, as The Truly Sri Lankan Bank, initiatives to support the nation in its battle against the global pandemic
