How can I obtain a Travellers card

*Simply walk into the Foreign Exchange counter at any one of our branch network.

*Ask for a Travellers Card application from any of our staff members.

*Fill the application and hand it over to the staff member with your passport and the air ticket.

*Collect the card which comes in a sealed pack.

*Remove the card from the pack and sign the back of the card to authenticate the card.

• If the card is Lost/Stolen the card can be blocked immediately by either login to the website or calling our hotline. 
• Replacement card will be mailed to you where ever you are within two working days.
